What We Do

BRC Heating & Plumbing Ltd - a local, professional, and reliable company providing solutions for all your heating and plumbing needs.

Our aim is to provide the highest possible quality of service to all our customers. We work hard to meet all your many varied heating and plumbing needs, from the smallest repair to full scale installations. In order to achieve this, all our engineers are constantly working to develop their skills, undertaking training and updating their qualifications on a continuous basis.

Services

Installations

All installations covered, whether it’s an Aga, a new central heating system, a bathroom, or a new - build house with all the fixtures. We also specialise in installing replacement oil tanks. Old tanks degrade over time and can split and crack. A leaking tank can result in a huge waste of heating oil and an environmental nightmare in your garden, so if your tank is looking tired it may be time to give us a call. Take a look at some of the projects we’ve worked on to see some examples of previous installations.

Servicing

Make sure your gas and oil appliances are serviced regularly – we work with estate agents, landlords and holiday home owners to ensure that gas and oil appliances are kept serviced and legal. Don’t forget that you will need to keep your appliances serviced regularly in order to keep your warranty valid.

Repairs

Do you have a problem with your central heating or plumbing? Give us a call and we’ll come and repair it for you – no job too small, whether you have a leaking tap or a boiler breakdown, we will be happy to help.

Gas

Our engineers are fully trained, competent and experienced in all gas work, including LPG. We are Gas Safe registered, and cover all types of gas appliances; whether it’s your boiler, gas fire, or appliances on boats, caravans and park homes – we can install it, repair it and service it as necessary.

Oil

We cover all types of oil burning appliances, from 1940s Aga conversions to brand new condensing boilers. We are an OFTEC registered company, ensuring all your oil appliances are kept in good repair and meeting all current regulations. We can also offer extended warranties on boilers sourced from Grant UK as we are a G-One Approved company.

Renewables

We are MCS registered, and work on the following types of renewable energy installations:

Solar Thermal

For an affordable and easy to install renewable energy solution, solar thermal could be the right choice for your home. It’s relatively simple to install, suitable for most types of properties, and can be incorporated into your current system, regardless of whether you have gas, oil or electric heating.

Biomass

Biomass boilers run on renewable materials (such as wood pellets), and can be a cost effective alternative to traditional gas or oil boilers. A biomass boiler will be a very efficient way of heating your home, and are an excellent solution if you have a large area to heat, such as one of the many rambling farmhouse or a complex of barn conversions or holiday homes which are very common in the area. You will need to ensure you have sufficient space available for storing your biomass fuel (such as wood chip or pellets).

Ground Source

Ground Source Heat Pumps are an excellent choice for a new build home – they are incredibly energy efficient and can keep you supplied with heating and hot water at a much lower cost than traditional heating systems. You don’t need an extensive outside space to install a ground source heat pump, as the external system can be installed in manner appropriate to your outside area restrictions.

Air Source

Air Source Heat Pumps are easy to install, and can be retro-fitted into existing systems, so can be an excellent choice if you are looking for a renewable energy solution your current home.
